I found a group on Facebook and it's called "I liked lil wayne before Carter 3". But are there anymore like that?

Just do a search ... anything similarly named will show up.
You might have to try alternating the words to your search so it means the same thing but written differently (if you know what I mean)

Start off with a search for Lil Wayne you can also use the term "groups" in your search.

You'll find the "search" button on the top of any facebook page your on ... Home, Profile or even Account.
