She is not harrassing you, you are in fact stalking her FB page.

It's a picture, and if your husband didnt want to be in it, he should have avoided it. Your problem is with your husband, stop obsessing about the other woman.

Sadly there is nothing you can do.. Try to ignore it and eventually she will get over it.

I understand how you feel and even though now your husband is just a little VICTIM the fact is he was (maybe still is) having an affair with this woman and certainly he didnt mind taking the picture with her at the time, what is your problem now, she is free to post whatever pictures she wants on HER facebook, take care of your husband (make sure he doesn't go and cheat again) and leave the woman alone!!

Your husband can contact Facebook, tell them she has no right to use his image and they will remove it. Alternatively, you can have a lawyer contact her with a cease and desist notice, along with a request for no contact. It would likely be worth the $100 it would cost.

Good luck.

In reality, her behaviour is just a bad consequence of your husband's choice to have an affair. Would you stop hurting about the affair if the photo was removed?

How is it hurting you, your children, family and friends that she has this profile photo? Do you each go look at the photo and think 'seeing this photo is really hurting me'? It only hurts because you are all hurting and choose to see it in this way. This is just a way of focusing some of your hurt on this woman.

The bigger picture here is that the photo is just a reminder of a bad choice your husband made. It's not nice of her to put the photo up but it is her choice (and your husband did let the photo be taken of him). I think you know that FB aren't going to ban her or do anything else so think about moving on now. Find a way to stop talking about and looking at the photo - you can't make her remove it.

Good luck

You cant explain to them why they should do somethng like that to someones account. She is not harassing you or anyone in your family. She posted a pic of what was her & her boyfriend like thousands of people do on FB so she isnt wrong. If her pic is hurting all these people maybe you all should stop looking at her profile & bit ching about it.

First of all you need to stay off her page. Why are you going there to look if you and your husband are trying to work leave her alone. you can't dictate what she puts on her page.

Simple cancel your face book account and move on with your life. Do not let a photo control your life or this other woman or some big website that is ruining relationships around the world.
