Am i just being paranoid?

I was staying over at a friend's place and logged onto my facebook on her phone, and forgot to log off. There was another friend there also, and I said to her that I was worried it would stay signed in and the other friend would have access to my account but my friend said it would be ok because our friend would probably just log off and sign in to her own one.

To be honest now I am not so much worried that she would see my Facebook (because there is nothing private or bitchy in my inbox) but I am worried that she overheard me expressing my concerns over not logging out to my other friend and if she overheard (she was in another room but not completely sure if she heard or not) would she think I don't trust her/ am not a good friend? Am i just overthinking things?

Many, many people can't be trusted. If I were her and heard the conversation, I wouldn't think anything negative about what you said. I'd be sure to also log off right away, as soon as I got my phone back.

Paranoid is okay. Why didn't you just tell her you forgot to log off and ask if you can.

I might be offended if I had overheard you. If she was a good friend she would never dream of going into your account. By expressing that possibility, you make it sound like she could not be trusted.

Monitor her behaviour around you. If things turn sour, talk to her about it.
