How to delete 21 Questions apps on Facebook?

Hi.
Is there anyway i can delete this application and stop people from answering questions about me on this app?
I seriously don't like it and some hurts my feelings to be honest that come from friends.

On the account tab on the top right corner click the tab and go down to "Application Settings" and you will see 21 Questions (should be way at the top because it has a number at the beginning for the title) and press the little x to delete the application completely.

haha aw.. this is why i dont add annoying applications like that
1. go to account & application settings
2. look for 21 questions
3. press the X & delete the application
Thats it! You will no longer be asked question
