If you've just started seeing someone, is it okay to add/accept a friend request from them on Facebook?
Or should you wait a while before adding/accepting a friend request from them? And if you think you should wait, then how long would you recommend?

Facebook is a social networking site so that is obvious you are not just gonna add known people and say hello hi.. You can add unknowns but beware whatever you share is not the thing with which people can misuse with it..
Don't be in touch so much that people can misuse you too..
you should be quite enough matured for this to whom to tell , what to share and how to behave.
And be specific what do you mean "you started seeing someone"?
