How to hide recent activity on facebook?

Everything I do shows up, like I'm friends with this person now changed my profile picture, liked this page
How can I hide it??

You can't hide when you add a friend or when you like something. Or even when you change your profile pic. Sorry, that's public Facebook at its finest

If you posted anything on fb and now wants to hide this then you can but if you added any profile pic then you can't hide that pic from users.

You friends, your friends friend, everyone, will be able to see your posts depending on the post setting.

If your setting is to every one, everyone will be able to see your posts.
If your setting is to friends only, your Facebook friends will be able to see your posts.
If your setting is to friends of friends, your friends and the friends of your friends will be able to see your posts.
If your setting is to 'only me', only you will be able to see your posts.

So if you want to hide any of your posts, you have to set the setting of each post to 'only me'.
