Help this guy is creepy but I think he likes me?!?

This guy who was on my soccer team always was really nice to me and asked for my Facebook. Twitter ect. I don't have either do he was left with nothing to talk to me. And when the soccer season was over I didn't talk to him at all. Then randomly out of the blues get a kik message from him. I didn't give it to him so... He might off gotten from another girl On my team but idk. He texted me a few hours and I didn't respond I didnt know what to say ( I'm not aloud to date so I'm not gonna flirt) but I have no idea what to do or say?!???

The least you can do is be friends with him, since he is in your soccer team lol. And if he asks you out, just say you can't date or not interested. Simple as that

If you aren't old enough to date just tell him straight forward, and if you don't like him in that way just tell him but let him down easily, just don't be to harsh towards him and don't lead him on giving him little shreads of hope A.K.A Friend zoning him, which means keeping someone as a friend but only so they will do stuff for you by giving them shreads of hope that they have a chance.
