Who was the guy who started the whole thing with Amanda Todd?

I saw the youtube video and saw the facebook page about this young girl who killed herself because she was bullied because of a picture some perv had of her. Have police found out who this guy was? I read he messaged her on facebook and he made a facebook page with the pic of her breasts as the profile pic, so they must be able to find something out.
It is sick and this guy should be charged with both sexual harrassment, stalking (because he kept finding out where she lived and her friends names), and also for procession of child porno.
I know this whole thing is everywhere right now but I want to see some justice.

i hope we find out, because what he did is a lot worse than flashing some guy. it was her mistake to trust him, but people like him shouldnt exist. he has a sick mind, and also a girl shouldnt be judged so harshly for something like that. im sure a lot of girls her age trusted someone too much, luckily there were no pictures for them. these are normal mistakes that are a part of growing up. i dont know what thrill he got from this. what a sicko. really.
