How do I Market my Etsy Shop Online?
How do I market my Etsy Jewelry shop online in ways that don't cost any money? I'm not getting many sales. My Etsy shop is http://www.etsy.com/shop/RainbowBracelets.
My Facebook page is http://Facebook.com/AndreasMemoryBracelets ,
but so far I am not getting many likes either.

Hey Cheerbear11!

I'm Tory, and I do internet marketing for Craftsy.com. Our community sells patterns, not products, but the idea is the same.

I wrote a blog about how users can help their items be found on our site, which also helps these pages be ranked in search engines, thereby helping sell more of your items without spending any money. These tips apply to your Etsy store, as well, but to sum it up, I'd recommend quality photography, filling out all the available info/profile fields with detailed, custom information, and sharing your items across the social web (Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and the like.)

This is obviously only the first step towards answering your question, but I hope it's helpful in any case. Be sure to let me know, as I'm considering writing more posts like this to share more detail.

Best,
Tory
