If you want to play Facebook apps then all you need is the Mozilla Firefox browser (which comes installed on all Ubuntu distributions).

Update your Firefox and you will get have the Flash players too.

Go to a webpage that has Flash content

For example
http://kevin.vanzonneveld.net/techblog/a...tu_feisty/

In the top right hand corner you will be prompted to install the Flash plugin.

Click on that and there will be several options. Select the Adobe option then enter your password and the installer will take care of the rest.

Once Flash is installed restart Firefox and thats it.
