What happens to your facebook account if you go to prison?
My cousin is friends with this guy that went to jail for manslaughter and my brother said hes on facebook a year ago but I cannot find him and does your account get shut down if you go to prison for a serious crime?

No it the person who creates it has to deactivate the account. There are people who go to prison who have a facebook and get online during library time in the pen. Unless someone reports a innapropriate page facebook leaves the account active.

It was deactivated because the account wasn't active for about an year. Facebook will deactivate any account if they see absolutely no activity for that long.
