I play mafia wars in facebook i had 500 friends bcos i was spammed i removed all my mafia wars friends from?

facebook friends list . later i stared playing i found the they are not in my contact list but they are still in the game but the flaw now i that when i go to war no one in intimated of that and so iam defeated all the time though i have muscle power iam not able to let my mafia's know that i am in war......how to rectify this problem iam facing in face book any idea will be greatly appreciated.
