Getting followers on twitter can be hard, but if you follow some simple steps it doesn't have to be.

You have to:
1. Post interesting content every day
2. Follow trends properly
3. Link your networking accounts
4. Find your niche

The biggest way to get more attention to your videos is to make more videos. The more high quality videos you produce, the better chance you have of people finding your other videos and channel. YouTube videos are displayed in Google search results and are spydered by other sites that auto embed videos. Your videos will show up on other related videos and in the favorites of other users. The more videos you have, the more chances you have of you video being displayed in one of those places which would result in more traffic.
