How do you talk to people on twitter?
i have a twitter account and i dont really know how to work it, i got it so i could talk to people. do you have to have them following you to talk to them? im so confused, any help would work great, thanks<3(:

If they are following you then they can see everything you type into that little box, so when they are following you you just type in the box and they see it.
