My close friend is obsessed with her boyfriend HELP PLEASE?

I have a close friend that has been dating this guy for a long time... they don't back off from each other. They seriously don't give each other space, but they're so obsessed they don't mind. Sure, you might think I'm "jealous", but it's not that...what I do feel is kind of hurt when she just ditches me for him and doesn't care about how I feel or what I have to say anymore... and I've talked to her about this. No change. The worst part is that I'm not the only person that says this...everyone at school does, and first I was just ok with it and defended her because she was going through a rough patch so I would just support her, but now my eyes opened.
I don't even think it's healthy anymore... she's just 14 going on 15.
Examples of how much time they're together (they're not in the same class, just english and they always sit together there... ALWAYS no exceptions)
They are seriously together every break... out of three breaks 2 they are always together... and then the other one she's like 5 minutes with her friends and then either he comes and invades space and takes her away, or she's started to go after him. And when they're not together for example walking from class to class, during class, and at lunch when we're eating (which is like 10 minutes more less) they are chatting ALL the time on blackberry messenger. And in between classes, they're always together at lockers... NO EXCEPTIONS. I can't even get in a word with her.
When she's at my house, or I'm at hers, which now is like never, they chat a lot on blackberry messenger.
Because They get together all the weekend almost every day and it's like she didn't care about hanging out with me anymore.
After school, if they don't meet up, they skype. And ok blackberry messenger. Or they're posting cute little things on their private facebook group.
"Sure, if it wasn't them, the things they did would be cute, but it's just disgusting. THEY ARE ALWAYS TOGETHER THEY DON'T GIVE EACH OTHER SPACE." that's what everyone at schools says.
Oh and now on vacations she didn't even talk about meeting up with me... and now she's going to a celebration place with him and his family... and two days later she's going to like a "barn house" with him and his family for a whole day and possibly even staying the night...
They are 14....
What should I do about how I feel? I've already talked to her and that didn't work.
Do YOU think it's healthy?
excuuuse me? people like me? did you even read? I said I was the only person that defended and supported them and it just HURTS that my best friend doesn't CARE about me anymore!!
oh and they're both losing all their friends.. i'm the only good friend she has left... now they're being abandoned and only have themselves to be each other with. and i don't mean this in a mean way, but i have two best friends, her and another one. They don't get along very well... but the other one is a much better friend to me then her and i'm sorry but it's hard to act like a best friend when she doesn't treat me like one... it's just like a label. I can be her friend, but everyday it's harder to be her BEST friend

Leave them both alone, its people like you who ruin good relationships for their friends. Stay out of other peoples business and you will be fine.
