How long does it take for facebook privacy settings to take effect?
I want to send my mom (who's not a friend of mine) a link to one of my facebook videos. I changed the settings to the video so that 'everyone' can see them, but when my mom goes to the link, it says she's not allowed. And its been like 10 minutes. Answers?

then you didn't set it correctly, just sign into your fb and show her the video when it loads geez
