Are Posts on Facebook Groups the IP of Facebook?
We'd like to create a Facebook group in which users contribute ideas and plot concepts for making movies. Our company (who runs the Facebook group) would produce the best ideas.Would we be violating Facebook's terms of service by "pulling" the best ideas from the group and developing the idea into a movie? Why or why not. Thanks.

No. They (the user) (if they have half a brain) know that they are giving you ideas for a commercial movie. So if they want royalties, you can deny them because they knowingly submitted the idea to a Facebook Group called "Movie Ideas" (or whatever). I would just send an email to FB checking weather they own all your content like they do pictures.

As long as it doesn't violate any guidelines such as Harrassment of other users then you should be fine. If anyone who joins the group posts rude comments then it is best to remove them for security purposes.
