Can other people see your photos on Facebook?

So, I have a situation. I am posting a picture on Facebook about my friends secret party. But I don't want her too see it, but I want other people too. So lets say I set up a list with all my friends but her, and only let that certain list see the picture. Is it possible in any way for her to see the picture? Even if someone she knows likes it?

If you post a picture that everyone "except her" can see and one of her friends likes it she will still not be able to view it because it's still on your facebook and she is not aloud to view it.

if someone she is friends with comments on it, she will be able to see it (unless of course you completely block her)

Ok, go to your picture, Click "Edit", then click where it says "Public", click edit album privacy. Then click public again then hit "Only me". You can also custom and hide it from her
