How can I edit privacy on my facebook profile picture? 10 points!!?

I have a old profile picture that I want to make my profile picture again but I want to change the privacy setting to "custom" instead of "friends of friends". How do I do that??

Even if it is set as "friends of friends" now, when you set it as your profile picture it will become "public." Everyone can see your profile picture, and there is no way to change that.

Your profile pictures are always public. You should only put something as your profile picture if you are prepared for anybody in the world to see them. If you no longer want something to be visible to the public, you should delete it, or move it to a different album.
