Is There A Point Of Using Twitter If All My Friends Are On Facebook?
I started a Twitter account about a year ago, and I've used it off and on. But all my friends are on Facebook.

Is there a point of using it? I mean I have about a 100 Followers but I like getting more @replys.

What do you think? How do I get more Followers?

In my opinion, there's no point.
I mean, I have all my friends on facebook as well. I can talk to them there (besides MSN), I receive their updates, I can stay in touch with them.

I also made a Twitter account a few months ago. But I never really used it, it's always been abandoned. So yeah, i don't see the point of it. But probably it's just me, I'm not the type of having 34016427319 social networks profiles. In the end they're the same friends with the same news (I don't usually add people i don't know at all)

There is a point in using Twitter.

Understand that Twitter is broadcast media - you shoot an arrow into Twitter and it goes to whoever is following you. If they like your arrow, they'll follow your link and buy from you.

Facebook is social media - use it to get feedback, bounce ideas, talk over the fence, as it were. It rarely gets you business.

The following blog post explains it far more in detail than I can:

Hope this helps.
