If I reactivate my facebook, how long will people be able to see my profile?

I want to check some info from an old message in my inbox. If I reactivate it, just to access it then deactivate it again, how long will people be able to view my profile for? Just during the few minutes its activated for or would it take longer to deactivate again?

I am pretty sure if you hurry up and just check the old message and deactivate it again then no one will be able to tell in time. When you deactivate it, it should be automatically unavailable to people. Hope this helps!

Well you know how it says when you reactivate that it might take some time for everything to show up again? It's kind of like that when you shut it down too. And I think it depends on how much stuff you have associated with it, like if you have a million pics or whatever it'll take longer. But, hey did you know that fb lets you download everything in your file into a little zip file and then you can look at it whenever you want... without having to reactivate. Cool huh.
