Would you like to use this iPhone/Android application?

My husband and me are use to make photos of our wonderful daughter using iPhone. But we didn’t feel comfortable with apps like Instagram, Facebook, iPhone Photostream or Google+. We’d like to make our own application which COULD allow:

- create photo and apply effects (like instagram)
- upload photo to private timeline very fast and store originals
- build smth like your own scrapbook - filter, sort photos

Would you use the paid application like this which could guarantee that all your photos will be in safe for life and kept private forever?
The problem of other apps is that those apps main goal is to share your life with others.
In the app we suggest we would like to achieve a completely private environment for the family. Honestly, I don't wont to share the most of my daughter's photos even with the friend circle.

Sometimes in the future, when your child grows, the timeline will be your family scrap-book or family photo album which has so many wonderful life moments to remind.

Maybe if it was free, i wouldnt pay for a photo app as there is thousands that are free
