has facebook been putting up pop ups lately?

I am using google chrome and I have pop ups blocked and I never had a problem with pop ups on facebook book. Ive noticed recently when im on facebook once in awhile not often ill get a message in the corner of chrome saying a pop up was blocked. I never noticed this before, is this something new from facebook? I know they changed some things with their ads it seems like they are advertising more and in different way compared in the past

I don't believe that Facebook puts up pop-ups. Maybe if you check your pop-up blocker and set it on, then you will not get 'em.
