By the way my iphone is UNLOCKED and on the 3.0 software.
I've tried deleting all my apps and music on it and it still does the same thing...

the jailbreaking is the cause of the crash as it removes some memory protection form the device allowing for cache erros to build up..

restore to officail firmware in ITunes..
