why can't i see (seen) when i send a massage to my friend in facebook?
It was shown before...
but today i sent a message but there is no (seen)...
can anyone tell me the possible suggestions?

Firstly, are you sure that your friend has actually read the message?

There are also methods which block Seen from being shown, as mentioned here:
