How do I stop people from adding me to groups on facebook?
Hey! So facebook made these awful "new groups". Basically, people on your friend list are allowed to force your affiliation, they can force you to join their group.

This is ridiculous. How do I stop it?

it will add you to the group but if you go to the group page, it gives you an option to like not be in that group or something idk exactly what it says.

‎ You can't stop 'add as friend' for everyone but you can set it so that only friends of friends can add you. However this is a lot of people usually. To set it for friends of friends go to Privacy Settings, then Contact Information, then scroll to Add Me As a Friend and set it for Friends of Friends. We really need a No One option. I hope that FB will bow to the pressure and give us back this option but must admit I have just about given up hope. If you feel up to it go to Help and then Suggestions and ask for this option. The more people who give them this feedback the better. Good luck!
