Question about facebook privacy settings?

There is this guy on facebook and neither me or my friend have him added but she can see his wall and I cant...Why is that?
And dont bother saying he blocked me, because he doesn't even know who I am.

I think it's facebook's problem. My friend could see someone's wall and pictures, but I couldn't. Just add them if you know them.

Thats just facebook acting stupid. It has been having too much problems lately. Mine blocked me for no reason.
