Facebook deleted all my friends!?

Facebook deleted all my friends and all the pictures i was tagged in. When i tried to add someone that was my friend before it says I was already connected don't know what to do?!?!

The picture part sucks, but at least you get to re-choose your friends.

just delete your account then acctivate your account again, should work.

did you by chance deactivate your account? if so, you have to wait at least 24 hours for things to return to normal

I hope you find out, because the exact same thing happened to me and I did not by any stretch of the imagination delete my account. I just went to log on, and it is showing no friends - no tagged photos - and whenever I go to add someone, it says we are already connected.

There seems to be several hundred known people having this issue starting about midnight last night, and probably many more who haven't logged on today. There is one main thread going on about this issue in the facebook help community, so I would suggest posting there and keeping updated on that thread.

It seems that your friends still see you, and your friends still exist (if you try to friend them again it will tell you they are already your contact), but the glitch is keeping them from "existing" to your profile. It's stupid and I hope it gets fixed soon, just know you're not alone! Keep updated below!
