How Do I Track Down and Identify a Facebook hacker?

My Facebook has been hacked twice and I have a very good idea of who did it and this person is harassing me and bullying me and my friends through MY Facebook account trying to make other people think it was me, but how do I PROVE that it was that person? The hacking has gotten so serious I've been forced to make a new Facebook account all together and the old one is still existent but I haven't used it since the last hacking. During the last hacking they changed my profile picture, my cover photo, and they sent a very nasty message to my boyfriend. How can I find the person that did it and prove it? I've tried filing a report on him with my new account telling Facebook its on my OLD account that the hacking is present and I've even tried searching my "cmd" for foreign ports invading my computer. I have to nail this somehow..I'm sick of him trying to mess up my life. PLEASE HELP!!!

Report it to facebook then follow these simple rules:

1. Make your password at least 8 characters and include numbers. Adding punctuation and capital letters will be more secure.

2. NEVER tell anyone your password EVER for ANY REASON.

3. ALWAYS make sure you log out every time you are finished.

The last one is the main way people get access to FB accounts. They arent hackers. They just get lucky.
