Who can I contact to get a fake facebook profile of my sister deleted?
I can't get a contact number. Someone made a fake and crude facebook profile of my sister and we're trying to get it deleted from the website.

Is there a complaints office?

You need to contact facebook
http://www.facebook.com/help.php?show_form=3

or click on help at bottom of page. You will probably have to have an account to sign in, I am not sure though. Good luck!
