How do I get my mom to unground me sooner?

I spent the night at a friends house and my mom got an anonymous phone call saying I was smoking. Which I wasn't.
That caused us to fight worse then we already did.
Then I got some 8th grade grad money and she took it for safe keeping. Then one day she couldn't find it. And said it was my fault. So I got mad and I made a Facebook status saying I was done with her.
So she grounded me from my phone, laptop, and iPod not telling me when I would be getting my stuf back.
So I found an iPod laying arous my house not knowing who's it was so I thought I'd use it for twitter.
Then two weeks later I got my phone back.
That's it.
My mom never told me I'd be getting my iPod and laptop back a week later.
So a day before my mom was "goig to give it back" we got into another fight. And I was stupid and tweeted something about her. I was trying to release some anger. That's all. She found out about it. Found out about the iPod. Took away my phone. Told me I wouldn't be getting back my things until school starts. So I got on her desktop computer and have been checking twitter and she found out about it. Idk how.
We got into a huge fight and she said everything about me is changing.
She told my dad that I was "never grounded she just thought I needed a break" and that she was going to give me back my iPod "a week after she gave me my phone" she told my dad she said all that. but she never did. If she did I wouldve held in for a few more days till I got it all back.
But instead I'm grounded until the end of my freshman year.
I told my mom this year I'm goig to do whats right & I promise her that. Straight a's. Help around the house. Be a good role model, be respectful at school. I've been trying with helping around for a while now, but she hardly notices it. She just calls me a suck up. &it's hurtful. Ik I've made mistakes & it'll take time, but I need more advice on how to lessen my punishment. I just want my phone so I can talk to my friends.
Please help. Im trying really hard.

First you want to sit her down and talk with her about a way to work it out, then slowly unbutton your blouse and show some cleavage, this will make her excited, try using a sexy voice to seduce her to your room and take advantage of her. She'll give you anything you want.

You suck it up and accept your punishment instead of trying to get your way. Next time, use your head before you write nasty things about your mother on social networking sites and don't start using ipods around the house that don't belong to you.

You are a spoiled little brat who, instead of copping your punishment, actively tried to find ways to get out of it, and then wondered why you were punished further.

No sympathy from me, but a giant clip round the ears might help.
