Facebook has Terms and Conditions mentioned on the Help Centre telling Facebookers that its not possible to share profile viewing information because it will be against their Privacy Policy.

No, there aren't. It would be an invasion of someone's privacy to track what pages they had been viewing. Facebook has had to be very careful with this sort of thing; recent updates have now given users more control over their privacy settings, as before there had been complaints about how Facebook was using people's personal information (profile photos used for adverts without permission, etc.). Whilst it's true that most apps on Facebook are user-created, Facebook would still not allow a user to create an app that tracks whose pages you look at. The closest you can get, I think, is an app which shows you your top 'fans', based on which friends you've had the most contact with on Facebook. It's based on wall communication, comments and personal messages, not on page views.
