How can I change privacy settings on facebook?

I don't want anyone to see my friend list encluding my friends.

First you click "Account" at the top right corner, then you click on "Privacy Settings". All the settings will be under that. (:

Expand the 'Account menu (top right handcorner of screen)
click "Privacy Settings"
Under the heading "Basic Directory settings" You will see some text
At the end of the text is a blue link which says "View Settings", click this link
Scroll down to the section which says "See my friends list" and adjust the setting accordingly
