I want to send some pic from my yahoo account to my facebook profile how do I do it?

A friend has sent me some photo to my yahoo email address which is the same as my facebook one .
I would like to put those pics on my profile how do I do this please?

Since yahoo and facebook are two different companies they do not interface well with each other.

You need to download copies of the photos from your email and save them on your computer.

You can upload these files to facebook or any image hosting service on the Internet now.

1st go to that mail and download it to your computer. then upload it to your facebook. (by clicking "change picture" button which appears when you place the mouse over your current profile pic)

We just started web site called http://www.showzey.com which tries to address this problem. I'm not aware of any other service doing this.

Showzey will catalog all your photos from Gmail mailboxes, Facebook, Flickr, and Picasa account and then you can with one click copy photos from Yahoo! Flickr to Facebook and vice-versa.

Here are the instructions:
1. On home page select "Yahoo! Flickr" and "Facebook "
2. Select "Get Started" - Showzey will lead your thru authorization process and catalog all your photos.

When you catalog all you photos you can select some of your Yahoo! Flickr photos and select "transfer" button (button with arrows in opposite directions). Then you select Facebook destination album. However, you cannot upload to your profile picture album - any other album is ok.
