What does the acronym oya mean on twitter?
I saw this on twitter and didn't know what it meant. I Googled it, but the only thing that came up was 'Oregon Youth Authority.' I'm pretty sure that was not what he meant.

Any help??

Depends on the context and the type of person saying it, but from what I gather, its a Nigerian word which means the equivalent of 'come on' in English Smile
