Question about Facebook (groups)?

So,
I opened a new account and created a new group on Facebook. I have no friends on this account, I only created to accommodate the group. This group that I created is a category, so I wanted to invite other groups (sub-categories). So I wonder if you can invite a group instead of inviting people individually, because it is a lot of work.
When I go to the settings of my group, has an option - "invited people to join," but it’s only possible to do that individually or if I know their e-mails, which is not the case, and I have no site to promote with a ad.
So how do I invite people of groups, to join mine? There is an option to do that?

No. Unless you want to invite a specific group of your friends, and then you can organize those people into a friendgroup thing, and tag the friendgroup. If you aren't friends with them, though, you can't tag groups. Sorry.
