How do you put people in different 'groups' on facebook?

I have the timeline, and I want to organize my friends into different groups and stuff.. but I cant find where to do that..

they are called "lists"

go to your homepage (not your timeline) and look on the left for "friends" and click the "more" link that appears

Go on the group page to which you want to add your friend, n then By clicking on add to group, u can add your friends to various groups.

There are 4 different groups of people on facebook, actual friends, family, and morons.
