Why do none of my Facebook apps work using Firefox 3.6?

Whenever I try to use an any Facebook app in the Firefox 3.6 browser nothing happens. I click go to app and then it changes to a login page and gets stuck. If I go to my FB in IE I have complete access to my apps. I use an app, ie: horoscopes, and it posts to my wall properly. Then I go back to FF and I see that it posted to my wall but I cannot get it or any app to actually function in FF. I think it has something to do with FB always using a 'https' connection in FF but I can't seem to be able to change it. Any ideas?
I just now found I do have the ability to change the 'https' setting but the FB apps still will not function in FF but they work fine in IE. Anything??

Please try upgrading to Firefox 5.0 and ensure that you have the latest version of Flash installed.

If you are using a tor version of Firefox then addons included with the tor browser bundle may be causing the problem. Specifically the always use https addon.
