Can u play facebook apps on the wii?

Can u play cityville or whatever on the wio from facebook? It told me that I needed the latest version of adobe flash player but how would I get that on the wii? What do I need to do if it is possible?

Unfortunately, you cannot play any flash applications on the wii browser at this time. The browser that the wii uses is a version Opera that does not have flash support. This also prevents anyone from watching embedded video clips other than youtube movies.

I'm sorry to report that the Wii's Internet Channel only supports Flash 8 & CANNOT BE UPGRADED for two reasons...

1) The Internet Channel is using Flash Air 2 SDK (Special Development Kit)... so it cannot be upgraded through normal means.

2) Flash Air 2 is the highest the Wii's hardware can support.


In short, you cannot play games on Facebook with the Wii... ever...
