What does this mean on facebook?

What does it mean if someone has uploaded a picture or wrote a status and it says ' 1 person has liked this' but it isn't a button to see who has liked it?
Does it mean someone who has there profile on private has liked it or does it mean someone who has blocked me has liked it?

Have you tried pressing the picture then checking? Maybe you need to refresh.

No, they didnt block you this is how it is for every one, its a facebook thing if you hover over it with your mouse it should pop up and tell you or it might be because you're not friends with the person that liked it. Some times the names just like to hide from you and go on top of the comments, hope this helps!
