Why can't I log into twitter? Really need help!? ?

So today I went to log into my twitter on my laptop and I typed in my username and password and I know it was all correct and a page came up saying that I need to "reset my password" to log in? And it asked me for either my phone number or email? But I can't remember my email for the account and I didn't register my number? Does someone know how I can get into my twitter? I'm logged Into it on my twitter app on iPhone so that's the only access I have to my account

Can't you change the password from your mobile account?

I would try any emails accounts that you think it could be and ever your phone number just in case.

This may be because you logged in with your iPhone. Twitter and Facebook do these things for security but end up confusing people. Try logging in on your laptop, if you can't log in there either just try and think of what email address you used.
