Can I make my profile picture on Facebook private to those who don't have me as a friend?

Hey there, I was just wondering if I could make my profile picture private for those who I dont have as a friend, so they cannot see my picture at all?

Because I was wearing my sisters dress in my picture and I didnt want her to see, haha.

Go to the top and click account and go down to privacy, then click customize settings. Click posts by me and click one, customize is to only show to the people you choose to.

No,u can't make ur profile picture private.
You can make ur other profile pictures,bt not the picture that u r using as ur current profile picture(the picture which is set now as ur profile picture).
Bt u can make for ur other profile pictures which u used to ve as ur profile picture.
