How can i cut my ex girlfriend off completely?
I broke up with my girlfriend last Sunday, I know I made the right choice because I feel so much happier now, I feel less trapped!
But I sit next to her in most of my classes and I really don't want to, but I can't move because we're put in a seating plan. But I want to cut her off completely and I don't know how! We have the same friends group too, which makes it even harder!
I've managed to stop texting her, even though she keeps texting me, and I'm debating deleting her on facebook, its just school! I have two years left and I don't know how to get away from her! Help!? \':

You can't erase her completely with school, but you can ignore her when you are around her to a point. You should always be civil, saying hi when she talks to you but nothing more. And yes, delete her off facebook

if she says anything offensive to you, blank her
if she annoys you, ignor her
if she gets you into sh*t, slap her
etc

The simply reality of the situation is you can't get away from her. Not without causing a whole lot of pain and drama...such as going to the teachers and asking to change your seat, deleting her from Facebook, trying to get your friends to shun her....you're just going to have to suck it up and try to deal with the situation. Ignoring her will not work since you are forced to have contact with her. So when she texts you, just write back, "Listen, I feel like I made the right decision in breaking up with you and it may be better for both of us if you didn't text me for a while. I don't want you to keep hurting." When you respond, put the emphasis on HER..."you don't want her to waste HER Time contacting you, trying to get back together with you, etc because you don't feel the same way about her anymore and you don't want to lead her on." Just be consistently clear. Tell her, "There are other guys out there. I think you should explore what's out there and not focus on me." Trust me, no matter how intense her feelings are for you, nonstop rejection gets old. She's going to stop sooner or later. Just be respectful and clear. And when friends bring it up, or try to pressure you, or make you feel guilty because she's feeling bad, don't bad mouth her. Just say "It just wasn't clicking for me anymore, and I knew it wasn't happening so I didn't want to continue. I thought it was best to let her go so she can find someone else." Phrase it that you were doing her a favor.
