facebook issue, ads, help?

Recently on m facebook ads started to appear all over my facebook home. And they aren't like the regular ads they are all the ones you would find on another site.
I have no clue how to get them off, i tried uninstalling google chrome then reinstalling it but they still pop up. I'm not sure if it has something to do with this "free ipad2 ad" that was accidentally clicked on and filled out from tumblr...ahaha it might have a lot to do with that
but i want to know if there are any ways to get rid of these ads!
please help if you have experienced anything like this

that free ipad thing ur seeing is spam.,,.,DO NOT click on it.,.it will start posting thing on ur friends wall form ur profile,.,noo need 2 worry.,,i will stop over time
