Can I keep two separated groups on facebook?

I wanted to know if I can make from my friends list groups, which will be separated, which mean they can't see each other's posting on my wall, comments on stuff I publish, etc.
If there's a way, how do I do it?

Yes you can. Just make two different friend list such as Family members and Best friends. I am not sure about wall posting between your lists. But you can chat by your list. I mean you can go offline for Family members and stay online for Best friends, or can inverse this series.
