What is the organization of the Facebook chat bar on the right hand side?
On the top part of the chat bar there is a list of certain people whether they are online or not and then below it is a list of "other friends". How do they chose these people? I...I just don't understand!!?!!?

usually the chat bar rank has to do with the people who you chat the most with... but there are lots of other factors... there is no single reason

and before you ask, it has nothing to do with them looking at your profile
