There is absolutely NO way to find a person's IP address on Facebook. They have to send you an actual email from their email address to yours

You can also copy the person's picture, save it as a jpeg then look it up on Google Images

Click on the Camera icon in the search box then click Upload an image and upload that jpeg. It will show you if that picture has been stolen off any other website or used elsewhere

But why are you adding people you don't personally know as Friends in the first place? How do you think so many people have their identities stolen. You never add anyone you have not met in person and know they are who they claim to be. When there are over 80 million fake profiles on Facebook you can never be too careful with all the scammers out there
