hey. so i sent a friend request to this person a few months ago and they didnt accept. a few days ago i canceled it, and sent it again. did they get a new noticication saying i requested to be there friend?

Yes, however if they've ignored you it's best to leave them alone. Twice is more than enough - just don't try again if they don't accept - they probably don't want you as a friend.
