Is it OK to recruit admins on Facebook just to invite fans?

Hi. Im an admin on this page that has decent amount of fans but we need more, so I was thinking of recruiting my friend (who has alot of friends) as an admin, so he could invite his friends to like my page. And then, I release him of his duties.

If Facebook has no problems with my friend as an general user, Is that OK thing to do, can it hurt my page somehow, is it against the rules?

I couldn't find info against it.

You can recruit many admins for your facebook Page. It is not against law
