Is there a way to remove myself from all the facebook groups I'm associated with?

It seems I have accumulated a large amount of groups on my facebook. I want to just get rid of them all and start over.
Is there a way I can delete them all at once, without deleting my facebook?
That would be much better than going through and clicking remove on them all!

Oh, it seems you misunderstood.
I meant I wanted to remove myself from all the groups at once, not each group one by one.

You simply go to the group page, scroll down and on the bottom of the side bar where it has the group's pricture there should be something along the lines of "remove me from this group". All you need to do then is click that and it should do the job. Hope I could help!

Go to your profile and click "info" tab. After that, scroll down to groups and remove yourself from them.
